Walter Mack served 16 years as an assistant United States attorney (federal prosecutor) for the Southern District of New York, including stints as deputy chief of the criminal division and chief of the Strike Force against organized crime. Prior to that, Mr. Mack was a deputy commissioner for internal affairs with the NYPD, investigating police corruption and misconduct. Later, he worked as general counsel for Shearson Lehman Brothers, supervising securities, employment and compliance matters.

John Kaley likewise offers substantial experience, in and out of government, in criminal, regulatory and civil matters. He served eight years as an assistant U.S. attorney, investigating bribery and corruption in the organized crime unit, and prosecuting frauds ranging from embezzlement to toxic dumping. Mr. Kaley has decades of experience in private practice in white collar criminal defense and litigating complex civil cases.

John Rieck has over 35 years of investigative and civil and criminal trial experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney. As an adjunct to his criminal practice, he has represented individuals and corporations at the trial level in a wide range of civil matters in federal, state, and New York City courts and administrative agencies. He served for two years as a member of the New York City Bar’s Committee on Police Law and Policy.
