DRDKM mourns the loss of our founder, mentor and friend, John Doar. Mr. Doar had a long and distinguished professional life and was an inspiration to many. He was a loyal friend and colleague and a dedicated family man. We will miss him.

Judge Affirms Dismissal of Case Against Doar Rieck DeVita Kaley & Mack’s Client

John Doar Has Been Named a Recipient of The Presidential Medal of Freedom

Doar Rieck DeVita Kaley & Mack is pleased to announce that its founder and Senior Counsel, John Doar, has been named a recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. The Medal of Freedom is the Nation’s highest civilian honor. Mr. Doar is recognized for his public service in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice in the 1960s and as Special Counsel to the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary in the investigation of Watergate and the subsequent impeachment hearings.
